The right way to send the offline application forms.
If you do not send the application form in given proforma, with relevant documents or without mentioning at the top of the envelope “the post you have applied for”, your candidature for the post might be cancelled.
√ Proforma: download the proforma from the website & fill it with care. Do check out if you have to fill it in capital letters or not.
In case, no proforma is available on web then follow the below proforma on a sheet of A4 paper:

Name & sign:
√ Do not forget to mention the “post applied for at the top of the envelope”. It makes the job of the receiver easier (as the person at the receiving end may not be authorized to open the envelope, how will he identify in which stack your application has to be kept?).
√ List of Documents to be attached: attach every document they have asked for. Do not forget to attach DD/Challan, in case, it has been asked for.
